 No, your card is charged seven days prior to your scheduled service. You’ll also receive an emailed receipt, which acts as a reminder of your upcoming service. 


 Our eco-friendly wash trucks go to different neighborhoods each day. An information package will be emailed to you with all the details of your upcoming cleaning including the date we will be servicing your neighborhood.

We will send you a courtesy reminder the day before your cleaning. We can call, text, email you – or all three.

If you can’t wait until the next time our trucks are scheduled for your neighborhood, we offer “Emergency Service” – call or email us and we will provide a quote for the additional fees.


 Yes. The cost is slightly higher because trash cans, which are not being cleaned regularly, will take much longer to clean


Sorry but no. Each container has its own identification and only trash cans that have a scheduled service will be cleaned.


You can leave your trash cans up by the garage, the side of the house, or anywhere where we can reasonably have access to them without needing to walk inside an enclosure. We will return them to that exact spot when we finish our work. We will only go behind a gate if you authorize us.


In addition, you can give us the contact information of the HOA Board and Manager, and we will be happy to provide them with a call to see if we can come up with a solution. Many HOA's work with us once they understand our service's health and aesthetic benefits. Quite often, the HOAs ask us to come back and serve their entire community, and we're happy to do so at discounted rates.


Simply call or email us in advance of your cleaning day and we will credit you for that month, skip your cleaning, and see you the following month. Unfortunately, if you do not let us know and we come to your home to provide the service, your account can not be credited.

How will I know when my trash bins have been cleaned and its OK to bring them inside? 

This is the best part they’ll look new and smell fresh and clean. In addition, you’ll receive a service confirmation email letting you know that the cans are cleaned, sanitized & deodorized. 

What does Bin Cleaners do with the dirty wash water that's captured each day?

Great question! At the end of each workday, Bin Cleaners disposes all wash water in an approved manner. The water is processed at local sewage treatment plants and can be used for reclaimed water for irrigation purposes within the communities we serve.


We do our very best to ensure our trucks and the Bin Cleaners Crew will always be available. In the unlikely event this were to happen, we would let you know as soon as possible and try to reschedule service. If this is not possible, we’ll credit your account and see you the following month.


No problem. When you initially schedule service we ask for your contact information. The day before our yellow eco-friendly wash trucks come to your neighborhood we will call, text, email you – or all three depending on your preference


Your information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with any other entity. Ever. In regard to credit card 

information, credit card details are not kept in our internal system, but transferred, stored, and processed via a secured tokenization method that is PCI compliant, rest assured your information is safe.
